About the Role

We are seeking a Team Leader in Customer Support with experience in the International Voice process for our Mohali location. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in team handling and will be responsible for leading a team to deliver outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of customer support representatives.
• Ensure the team meets performance targets and delivers high-quality service.
• Provide training and support to team members.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching.
• Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a customer support role.
• Proven experience in team management.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the International Voice process.
