Job Description:

We are looking for a Team Leader – Operations (Outbound) to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in handling outbound operations in a BPO setup and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of outbound agents to achieve process targets.

Monitor team performance, provide coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans.

Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.

Drive productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction through effective team management.

Prepare reports on team performance and share insights with management.

Handle escalations and resolve queries within defined SLAs.

Motivate, engage, and retain team members through a positive work environment.

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of BPO experience (Team Leading experience preferred).

Strong knowledge of outbound processes.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Willingness to work in 5.5-day schedule.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
