Team Lead, Global Packaging

Your Job The Team Lead, Global Packaging – is responsible for managing global packaging strategies and operations with a strong focus on packaging optimization, regulatory compliance, sustainability. The position will lead a team of packaging professionals, collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive global packaging excellence. Our Team You will be part of Global packaging, Global supply chain Coe, Molex What You Will Do Lead and manage a team of packaging professionals towards the packaging development, implementation, and continuous improvement of global packaging strategies that align with supply chain goals and regulatory requirements. Drive packaging optimization, Improvements to minimize packaging material damages and related VAVE projects across Molex plants globally. Ensure packaging materials and designs comply with international packaging regulations and standards (e.g., EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Directive, US FDA, REACH, ISO, EPR laws). Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for global packaging Optimization, laws, environmental regulations, and sustainability directives. Lead packaging-related sustainability initiatives, including recyclability, waste reduction, and use of renewable materials. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor’s / master’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Materials Science, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 7 + years’ experience with Packaging development, Improvement, Validation, returnable packaging, sustainability, Optimization and problem solving What Will Put You Ahead Strong knowledge of the packaging materials, packaging standards and testing protocols Good interpersonal & communication skills.
