Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy tailored to the unique needs of Adani Corporate Services and its centralized support functions.
  • Lead executive hiring initiatives, ensuring the recruitment of high-caliber talent for leadership roles across the Adani Group.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and align hiring strategies with organizational goals.
  • Implement innovative sourcing techniques, including leveraging digital platforms, AI-driven recruitment tools, and industry networks.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position Adani Corporate Services as an employer of choice in the market.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and adherence to best practices.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with HR teams across the Adani Group to ensure consistency in talent acquisition practices and alignment with group-wide objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and talent acquisition technologies to continuously enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Mentor and develop the talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience of 10+ years in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on executive hiring and strategic recruitment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale recruitment initiatives within a corporate or conglomerate environment.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition technologies, digital platforms, and data-driven recruitment strategies.
  • Deep understanding of talent acquisition processes, executive search methodologies, and workforce planning.
  • Familiarity with the operational context of centralized corporate services, including HR, finance, IT, and legal functions.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices, market trends, and innovative recruitment strategies.
