Job Description

.NET Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of .NET developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Analyze business requirements, participate in technical design discussions, and define architectural guidelines.
Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Review code, ensure best practices, and enforce coding standards.
Collaborate with product managers, QA teams, UI/UX teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and timeline tracking using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Identify risks, optimize development processes, and propose improvements.
Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure solution performance and scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum
5 years of hands-on experience
in .NET development (.NET Core / .NET 6+ preferred).
Proficiency in
C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, Entity Framework/Core
, LINQ.
Strong experience with
SQL Server
, stored procedures, and database design.
Good understanding of
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
, and front-end frameworks (Angular/React is a plus).
Experience with
microservices, REST APIs, and architecture patterns
.
Strong understanding of
OOP concepts, SOLID principles, and design patterns
.
Knowledge of
Azure/AWS cloud services
(preferred).
Experience in
version control systems like Git
.
Prior experience in leading a team or mentoring junior developers.
