Banyan Infomedia pvt ltd. is looking for a dynamic and driven Team Lead for its Digital Vertical. Our agency specialises in providing innovative digital marketing solutions to diverse clients, including government and public sector enterprises. We are seeking a motivated individual who excels in leading teams, executing strategic digital campaigns, and fostering client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing executives and business developers.
• Ensure efficient workflow, allocate resources effectively, and meet campaign deadlines.
• Set clear performance objectives and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.

Client Relationship Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their business needs are clearly understood and met.
• Develop strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Regularly update clients with campaign performance reports and actionable insights.

Digital Campaign Execution:

• Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media marketing, content marketing, influencer campaigns, and performance marketing.
• Coordinate closely with the creative team to ensure high-quality content and effective delivery.
• Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to optimize results.

Business Development Support:

• Support business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities and assisting in pitches and presentations.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop proposals and strategic solutions tailored to client needs.

Innovation & Knowledge:

• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms.
• Encourage innovation within the team by suggesting new ideas and approaches to digital strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing with proven team leadership capabilities.
• Expertise in digital marketing channels including social media, SEO/SEM, influencer marketing, and content strategy.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with government or public sector clients is highly advantageous.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and deliver under pressure.
• Prior work experience in Chhattisgarh or understanding of the local market dynamics is preferred.
