Accountabilities
As Team Lead Digital Risk Control BU, you will:
- Lead and develop the Digital Risk Control team, fostering autonomy, growth, and innovation
- Oversee first-line digital and technology risk management for business domains
- Ensure that risks and threats are effectively identified, assessed, and mitigated through robust controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed risk controls into daily operations
- Establish clear risk reporting, monitoring, and continuous assessment to maintain strong risk posture
- Drive corrective actions when required and contribute to long-term strategy development
- Create and nurture a risk-aware culture within the organization
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you should bring:
- Proven leadership and team management experience in IT governance, digital risk, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks such as COBIT, ISO 31000, or COSO ERM
- Relevant certifications such as CISA, CGEIT, or CRISC (preferred)
- Solid experience in IT audit, operational risk management, or similar governance roles
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders and technical teams alike
- Experience working in international, hybrid environments with cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of insurance, reinsurance, or financial services industries is an advantage
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with resilience under pressure
- Excellent written and spoken English
