1. Supervise and coordinate all cross-docking activities for LTL shipments
2. Plan and manage dock operations for efficient unloading, sorting, and reloading
3. Ensure accurate shipment tagging, segregation, and documentation
4. Monitor team performance and ensure safety and operational SOP compliance
5. Coordinate with transport, warehouse, and dispatch teams to meet delivery timelines
6. Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and escalate issues as needed
