Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Blue Yonder WMS Support Specialist to provide application support, troubleshooting, and operational assistance for our warehouse management operations powered by Blue Yonder (formerly JDA). Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., EDI, APIs, or middleware like MuleSoft or Boomi). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Blue Yonder WMS 2020 or later.
