Job Description : Manager/Engineer Contracts, WEL
Role Title: Manager/Engineer Contracts, WEL Reporting to: Project Manager, WEL Purpose: Lead the contract execution, administration and management process at the site. Ensure adherence to contract guidelines and swift resolution of contract related disputes.
Key Responsibilities: A. To study the Contract conditions of the Contract Documents and prepare the CAD in consultation with Project Manager and Contract Head. B. To ensure proper and timely drafting of correspondences at Site level in consultation with the Project Manager and Contract Head. C. To ensure the correctness and sufficiency of Contractual provisions/ in all the correspondences referred by clients to Project Manager and Contract Head. D. To co-ordinate with the PM and CM (site) and verify the inputs required for drafting correspondence/ strategy formation. E. To modify / prepare drafts. F. To take views and suggestions from legal personnel on important contractual matters. G. To perform any other assignment as directed by Project Manager and HOD C.

Timely issuance of notices, EOT & Claims submissions with proper reference of clauses.
Integration and timely circulation of MIS for Contracts Department Administration MIS Other assignments given by HOD Timely completion of assignments of special Contracts nature instructed by HOD Contracts.
