We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead IT Recruitment (C2H) to manage and drive our contract-to-hire hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team of recruiters to meet aggressive hiring targets.
Lead and mentor a team of IT recruiters focused on C2H hiring.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for contract-to-hire roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and expectations.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates to meet project deadlines.
Track and report recruitment metrics and team performance.
Maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent through proactive sourcing and networking.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and client requirements.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
6+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in C2H hiring models and working with staffing vendors or clients.
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in using ATS, job portals, and social media for recruitment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
