Role Overview:

Team manager/team leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide the team on a daily basis
• Track team performance and share regular reports with management
• Align and delegate tasks as per business priorities
• Set clear targets and ensure timely execution
• Troubleshoot bottlenecks and resolve issues independently
• Lead from the front in maintaining a high-performance culture
• Coordinate with internal departments to drive smooth operations

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of proven experience in a managerial or team-leading role
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure
• Sharp decision-maker with a proactive mindset
