Job Description

Role Overview: As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day planning, operation, and problem-solving of a team of 15-20 resources. Your main focus will be on developing the team to ensure the delivery of consistently superior quality. You will drive the team to be client/customer-focused, own training and development, and take ownership of delivering service level components, quality, and targets. Key Responsibilities: - Independently handle transitioning of new procedures - Drive and motivate the team to achieve management goals - Track and analyze the performance of individual team members - Provide effective coaching and feedback - Compile all external and internal reports - Act as the communication conduit between the team and management - Implement HR and Operations policies - Manage floor operations and ensure adherence to schedules - Resolve problems and make recommendations for process development - Conduct performance feedback sessions with agents - Focus on CPM/SLA and maintain one-to-one relationship building - Analyze process dashboards and team performance reports - Motivate associates through effective management and career development - Ensure timely submission of Operations Review - Manage attendance and attendance incentives for the team - Attain SLA through effective daily operations management - Conduct audits and share feedback with team members - Manage the portfolio of clients Qualifications Required: - Graduation is a must - Minimum 1 year experience as a Team Leader in Back Office - Willingness to work in a 24*7 environment - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Good analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and presentation skills Please email your resume to sandesh@amrapalisolutions.in and mention your current CTC, expected CTC, and notice period.
