Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jamnagar for an Assistant Team Lead. The Assistant Team Lead will manage and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflow and team collaboration. Responsibilities include supervising team members, tracking performance metrics, addressing operational challenges, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs). The candidate will be required to communicate effectively with team members and senior management to ensure smooth execution of tasks, while maintaining a high level of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong team management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle operational challenges and ensure smooth processes
  • Time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management is a plus
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and metrics tracking is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field is highly desirable
  • Experience in a logistics, transportation, or supply chain environment will be considered an advantage

Compensation

Salary: 18000- 30000 (Based on previous experience)
