Team Lead Accounts Payable

Role Overview: At noon, you will be part of the team driving major missions forward with some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working individuals. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for monitoring AP operations, maintaining vendor relationships, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and utilizing MS Excel for data analysis and reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor AP operations to ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures. - Review vendor reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong vendor relationships. - Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures. - Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as Commercial and Commercial-Ops for efficient workflow. - Utilize MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and process improvements. Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of experience in a similar role. - Hands-on experience managing external/internal audits, general ledger ownership, intercompany accounting, and month-end close cycles. - Practical experience in preparing financials under IFRS, along with notes and disclosures. - Proven ability to manage and mentor junior team members, delegate responsibilities, and foster accountability. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident in presenting to senior management and collaborating across departments. - Proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement, automation, and operational excellence. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating agility and a business-oriented approach.
