Team Lead - Accounts (AR & AP)

Become a part of our talented deugro team, as we look for a Team Lead - Accounts (AR & AP) in Mumbai, India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the AR and AP team in India.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Middle East finance teams.
• Oversee customer invoicing, collections, and dispute resolution.
• Supervise vendor invoice processing, approvals, and payments.
• Monitor aging reports, payment schedules, and working capital.
• Prepare a bi-weekly cash flow forecast.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, tax requirements, and audit standards.
• Review reconciliations (customer/vendor accounts, bank statements).
• Drive process improvements and automation.
• Provide periodic AR/AP reports and analysis to management.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

• CA/CMA (Inter) / MBA Finance / B.Com with relevant experience.
• 6–8 years of experience in AR and AP, preferably with exposure to Middle East
• operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and MS Excel.
• Ability to manage cross-border transactions and multi-currency operations
