JOB SUMMARY:

Team Head – Industrial & Warehouse Leasing


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and manage a team of leasing executives to achieve

    monthly, quarterly, and annual leasing targets

    .
  • Develop and implement

    strategic leasing plans

    for industrial and warehouse properties.
  • Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and market segments.
  • Monitor team performance, provide

    mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback

    .
  • Conduct high-level client negotiations for large leasing deals in coordination with legal and management teams.
  • Ensure

    accurate property listings, availability updates, and client database management

    .
  • Analyze market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities to optimize leasing strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (legal, operations, and development) for smooth closure of deals.
  • Prepare and present

    reports on leasing activities, client interactions, and market insights

    to senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients for repeat business and referrals.


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in

    Business, Real Estate, Commerce, or related field

    .
  • 5+ years

    of experience in

    commercial real estate leasing or property sales

    , including

    3–5 years in team management

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    industrial property market trends and warehouse operations

    .
  • Proficiency in

    MS Office and CRM tools

    .
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client site visits.
