Team Assistant

Overall Obligation

Responsible to manage all day-to-day administrative activities of PC Director office and work closely with HR Manager and other stake holders so that organization goals are delivered.

Detailed Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining and strengthening the Safety management system and practices at the site. Particularly, focus on Workplace safety, Integrated SHE Practices and Code of Ethics. Participate in SHE related meetings, training / awareness programs including execution of onsite and off site emergency plan & mock drill.
• Responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the PC Director’s office and the site leadership team, including managing calendars, travel plans, and meeting coordination. Works in close coordination with HR Head on office administration, engagement events, Guest & travel arrangement and town hall communication.
• Oversees all travel and guest-related logistics, supports associates with international travel documentation, and maintains all related records.
• Manages plant visitor invitation letters, hotel arrangements, and other administrative support. Ensures timely submission of directors’ travel and reimbursement claims to Finance.

Qualification: Graduate with excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). Technical Skills/Knowledge: Prior experience in Time management, Travel management, Excellent MS office Advance Excel and Power Point Presentation. Soft Skill: Collaborative, Self-management, Self-motivated & Team player.
