Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Electrical Assembly professional to oversee and manage the electrical assembly operations at TEAL. The role involves supervising assembly teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and driving continuous improvements in electrical assembly processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the electrical assembly team to meet daily production and quality targets.
Plan, allocate, and monitor work assignments to ensure timely project execution.
Review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings for accuracy.
Ensure compliance with electrical standards, safety protocols, and quality requirements.
Coordinate with design, quality, and production teams for smooth workflow.
Conduct troubleshooting, testing, and inspection of electrical assemblies.
Train, mentor, and develop assembly technicians to enhance technical capabilities.
Maintain documentation of assembly processes, test reports, and quality checks.
Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce rework.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and assembly workstations.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
6- 10 years of experience in electrical assembly, with at least 2 - 3 years in a supervisory/lead role.
Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, harness assembly, panel assembly, and testing.
Proficiency in interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with quality standards and safety regulations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
