Job Description

Technical Project Manager

Technical Project Manager
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 10+ Years Minimum

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Project Management for complex network and security infrastructure rollouts across enterprise-grade environments.

Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, deliverables , and governance structure.

Lead the Project Governance, Risk, Compliance, Change Control , and Documentation processes.

Act as a single point of contact for all escalations, operational issues, and customer coordination.

Provide hands-on support and guidance to onsite/offsite technical teams to ensure resolution of technical issues and escalations.

Proactively track and report project milestones , deliverables, and SLA compliance via dashboards, MIS reports, and tracking tools.

Manage financial aspects of the project including invoices, purchase orders, and inventory coordination.

Facilitate cross-OEM integration including systems like firewalls, SIEM, NAC, ITSM, EDR/XDR, AAA, NPMD, LMS, and more.

Coordinate daily operations, resource planning , and ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools and information.

Prepare and maintain Runbooks , identify and track risks, and escalate issues as needed.

Conduct and participate in Daily, Weekly, and thly project reviews with stakeholders and leadership.

Ensure alignment with ITIL practices and cybersecurity standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Coordinate with OEM partners and field teams to support on-ground deployments and UAT.

Technical Skills & Hands-On Expertise:

SDN Fabric ( iper) : Understanding of Spine-Leaf architecture and SDN controllers.

Firewalls (NGFWs) : Deployment and policy management across Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Check Point.

Security Integrations : IPS, Load Balancers (Radware), SOC tools (SIEM, Syslog), Endpoint Security (AV/EDR/XDR), NAC, AD, AAA.

NOC Tools : Familiarity with NPMD, LMS, and other network itoring solutions.

Passive Network : Understanding of Backbone Cabling, Testing, and Infrastructure Layout.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in managing infrastructure projects in the BFSI or Government sectors.

Working knowledge of ITIL frameworks and Cybersecurity standards like ISO 27001, NIST.

Strong familiarity with OEMs including iper, Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Radware, Check Point , etc.

Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CISM, CISSP are highly desirable.

Soft Skills & Attributes:

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication, reporting, and documentation capabilities.

Proven leadership in multi-vendor, multi-location project execution environments.

Ability to work under pressure and deliver within stringent timelines.

Willingness to learn new technologies and manage hybrid infrastructure environments.
