Job Description

Technical Writer

Knowledge & Skills

Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter.

Experience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences.

Experience in working with engineers across multiple time zones to improve user experience (ex: design, UI), refine content, and create visuals and diagrams for technical/user support content.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills through English.

Meticulous attention to detail.

Self-motivated, accountable and have a sense of ownership.

Proficiency with MadCap Flare, DITA, HTML, Photoshop, Confluence.

Desirable (but not Essential) Skills

Experience using Gi b for version control.

Agile software development methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.

Education and Experience

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Technical Communications, Computer Science, or related technical/communications field.

8+ years of related experience.
