Job Description

Lead a team of Register-Transfer Level (RTL) engineers to plan tasks, hold code and design reviews, and develop features in the IP.
Collaborate with the architecture team to develop implementation strategies that meet quality, schedule, and Power Performance Area (PPA) for the IP.
Work with cross-functional teams including Verification, Design for Test, Physical Design, and Software to make design decisions and represent project status throughout the development process.
Develop and implement custom silicon solutions that power Google's direct-to-consumer products.
Conduct multiple quality checks at the front-end, including Lint, CDC/RDC, Synthesis, and LEC.
Utilize Verilog or System Verilog for designing and developing custom silicon solutions.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 10 years of experience in micro-architecture and coding in areas such as memory compression, interconnects, coherence, cache, DRAM controller, and PHYs.
Experience with multiple quality checks performed at the front-end, including Lint, CDC/RDC, Synthesis, and LEC.
Strong knowledge of Verilog or System Verilog is required.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with others.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
