Te ical ivery Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage development teams across frontend, backend, and full-stack domains. Own end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, tracking, and successful deployment. Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and define technical solutions. Ensure high-quality code delivery through best practices, code reviews, and enforcing engineering standards. Oversee architecture isions, technical design discussions, and solution implementation. Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues; implement mitigation strategies proactively. Coordinate and communicate project progress with internal and external stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tooling, automation, and team productivity. Mentor and guide team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills. Ensure adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in software development and technical project delivery. Strong hands-on experience in frontend technologies such as: o JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Angular, or Vue.js Strong expertise in backend technologies such as: o Node.js, Java, Python, .NET, Golang or similar frameworks Experience working with APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP). Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system design. Proven experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams. Exposure to DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud deployments). Experience working with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data integration systems. Certifications such as PMP, CSM, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar are a plus.
