Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end

  product development

  in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Architect, build, and scale backend services, APIs, data pipelines, and frontend applications.
• Provide

  technical guidance

  and mentorship to a team of developers (frontend, backend, mobile, DevOps).
• Translate product vision into technical solutions and ensure timely delivery with high quality.
• Lead the data science team to integrate AI/ML components into the product.
• Drive adoption of

  DevOps best practices

  including CI/CD pipelines, observability, and infrastructure automation.
• Set code quality, documentation, and security standards across the engineering function.
• Own team performance, hiring, mentoring, and growth planning.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least

  2 years in a leadership or managerial role

  .
• Proven experience as a

  full-stack engineer

  with strong backend expertise and system design skills.
• Experience in building and scaling complex applications across cloud-native environments.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and product mindset.
• Exposure to AI/ML integrations is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong people management, mentoring, and conflict-resolution abilities.
