Job Title: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Taxation

Job Description

RHP Group of Companies is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Taxation Expert to manage and strengthen the company’s direct and indirect tax functions. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax, Corporate Taxation, and Tax Compliance, with the ability to handle multi-entity tax operations.

Key Responsibilities 1. GST (Goods & Services Tax)

  • Preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C, and other GST returns.
  • Reconciliation of GST input/output, vendor data, and GST credit registers.
  • Handling GST assessments, audits, notices, refunds, and departmental queries.
  • Ensuring compliance with the latest GST rules, amendments, and deadlines.

2. TDS (Tax Deducted at Source)

  • Monthly TDS deduction, deposit, reconciliation, and return filing (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.).
  • Review of vendor payments and correct application of TDS sections.
  • Handling TDS notices, corrections, and compliance across all PAN entities.

3. Income Tax & Corporate Taxation

  • Assistance in preparation of financial statements from a taxation perspective.
  • Coordination with auditors for tax audits, statutory audits, and documentation.
  • Preparation of computation sheets, advance tax working, and tax planning.
  • Filing Income Tax Returns for the company and associated entities.

4. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensuring accurate and timely tax filings, challans, registers, and working papers.
  • Maintaining strong documentation for audits and legal compliance.
  • Monitoring tax law updates and advising management on relevant changes.

5. Liaison & Representation

  • Representing the company before GST, Income Tax, and other government authorities.
  • Coordinating with consultants, auditors, and regulatory bodies as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Commerce/Finance/Accounting (B.Com/M.Com/MBA/CA Inter preferred).
  • Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in taxation (preferably in a multi-company/group setup).
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax Act, and Corporate Taxation.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP/SAP/Busy), MS Excel, and compliance tools.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle deadlines efficiently.
