Key Responsibilities

● Prepare, review, and ensure timely payment of monthly TDS liabilities

● File and manage Income Tax, GST, and TDS returns

● Oversee GST audits and assessments; respond to notices and queries

● Finalize Income Tax and GST audits

● Develop strategies to optimize indirect tax liabilities

● Ensure compliance with RBI and other statutory regulations

● Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors

● Maintain and organize all tax documentation and records

● Ensure Annual MCA compliances

● Improve and implement internal tax policies and compliance processes

Who You Are

● Strong command of Indian tax laws, GST, TDS, and compliance

● Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills

● Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth setup

Location: Mumbai (On-site)

Experience Required: 1–5 years in taxation (direct & indirect)

Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (Max 3 attempts)
