Tax Compliance, GST Filing, Income Tax Returns, TDS/TCS Management, SAP, Tax Audit,We are looking for a detail-oriented

Taxation Executive / Junior Executive

to handle indirect tax compliances, statutory returns, reconciliations, and tax-related documentation. The role requires hands-on experience in GST, TDS, and

return filing

, along with strong coordination with the finance and accounts team to ensure timely and accurate compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Taxation & Compliance

  • Verify financial transactions for compliance with indirect tax laws
  • Calculate and cross-check GST and TDS liabilities
  • Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns
  • Prepare and file monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)
  • Handle annual GST returns (GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C)
  • Ensure accurate return filing as per statutory timelines

Reconciliation & Reporting

  • GST reconciliations (outward, inward & tax liability)
  • Track ITC mismatches with GSTR-2B and resolve discrepancies
  • Clear relevant GL accounts during monthly closing
  • Assist in tax audit data preparation

Accounting & Documentation

  • Basic understanding of Balance Sheet and P&L
  • Maintain proper tax documentation and records
  • Support finance team in statutory compliance

Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams for GST/TDS-related issues
  • Support management with compliance updates and reports

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field2-4 years of experience in taxation / indirect tax compliance

Return Filing Experience Is Mandatory

Strong knowledge of GST & TDS laws

Experience With SAP Is Preferred

Fluency in English is mandatory

Good analytical and reconciliation skills
