Tax Technology (LMS - Specialist)

The LMS Specialist will work closely with our Technology Partner to support the ongoing

development, implementation, and optimization of the Litigation Management System (LMS). As

DAA's dedicated resource for this SaaS product, you will leverage your expertise in tax litigation to

ensure the platform meets the needs of large corporate clients handling complex direct and

indirect tax disputes. This role requires a blend of tax domain knowledge, project management

skills, and the ability to collaborate with technical teams to refine features, troubleshoot issues, and

drive user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

o Collaborate with the Technology Partner to provide domain-specific inputs on tax litigation

processes, ensuring LMS features align with real-world requirements for direct and indirect tax

cases.

o Act as the subject matter expert (SME) from DAA, reviewing and validating product

functionalities, user interfaces, and workflows to enhance usability and compliance.

o Assist in the customization and configuration of LMS for client-specific needs, including data

migration, case tracking, reporting, and integration with existing tax systems.

o Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to clients and internal teams on using

LMS effectively.

o Monitor system performance, gather user feedback, and recommend improvements or new

features based on evolving tax regulations and litigation trends.

o Participate in demo meetings, joint development meetings, testing phases, and deployment

activities to ensure seamless product updates.

o Maintain documentation on tax-related aspects of LMS, including best practices, case studies,

and regulatory updates.

o Support sales and marketing efforts by demonstrating LMS capabilities to potential clients and

highlighting its value in managing tax litigation complexities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
