Tally Trainer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Tally Trainer with a strong background in accounting and finance. The ideal candidate should be Tally-certified and hold an MBA (Finance), passionate about teaching and capable of training students in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime, GST, and basic financial accounting concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Deliver structured training sessions on Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

·       Teach accounting fundamentals, GST, TDS, payroll processing, and inventory management using Tally

·       Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and hands-on exercises

·       Evaluate students’ progress through assessments, practical’s, and projects

·       Provide one-on-one support and mentorship to students where required

·       Keep training content up to date with the latest software and compliance updates

·       Coordinate with the Center Head and Placement Team for student evaluation and job readiness

·       Ensure proper documentation and report generation related to training sessions

·       Maintain discipline and professionalism within the training sessions

Required Qualifications & Skills:

·       MBA (Finance) or equivalent postgraduate qualification

·       Tally certification (Tally ERP / Tally Prime) is mandatory

·       Strong command of financial accounting concepts and taxation (GST/TDS)

·       Prior teaching/training experience is preferred but not mandatory

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills

·       Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, etc.)

·       Ability to engage and motivate students effectively
