Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AV Presales professional, located in New Delhi. The AV Presales role involves providing technical consultation, engaging with customers to assess requirements, developing tailored AV solutions, and preparing detailed proposals. The role also includes conducting product demonstrations, supporting the sales team with technical insights, and ensuring the seamless integration of AV solutions within client environments. Additionally, the AV Presales professional will collaborate closely with project management and engineering teams to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Consulting, Presales, and Customer Service
• Strong Analytical Skills and technical troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Relevant experience in AV solutions, system integration, or ICT infrastructure
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with project management practices is a plus
