Must have sound knowledge of Tally Prime Provide functional and technical support for Tally Prime software telephonic , remotely to end users. Assist in Tally installation, configuration, licensing, and troubleshooting. Support the client's account team in creating and managing ledgers, vouchers, GST, TDS, payroll, and financial reports. Handle day-to-day queries related to accounting entries, reports, and Tally features. Perform data backup, restore, and migration of Tally data. Train clients on using Tally effectively and share best practices. Must have knowledge of E-Invoicing & E-Way whole process from tally Coordinate with the team or client for escalated technical issues.
