Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Tally Accountant with strong expertise in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime and core accounting functions. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in GST filing, invoicing, bank reconciliation, and general accounting procedures. If you are detail-oriented, proficient in advanced Excel, and have hands-on experience with day-to-day accounting operations, we would like to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accounts using Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping, data entry, and general accounting activities
• Handle GST filing, TDS, and ensure statutory compliance
• Create and update ledgers, pass journal entries, and maintain accurate financial records
• Conduct bank reconciliations and track cash flow and fund management
• Generate invoices and manage accounts receivable/payable
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with audits when required
• Work with the finance team to ensure timely closure of accounts
• Utilize Advanced Excel for financial data analysis and reporting

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles
• Experience with GST filing, invoicing, data entry, and bank reconciliation
• Ability to maintain ledgers, journal entries, and balance sheets
• Proficient in Advanced Excel – formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Good organizational and communication skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• B.Com or equivalent qualification
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in accounting
• Candidates who are available to join immediately or on short notice will be preferred
