Conduct thorough research to understand the needs, challenges, and objectives of prospective clients and tailor solutions to address their specific requirements. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers, by demonstrating expertise, credibility, and trustworthiness. Collaborate closely with the marketing and delivery teams to develop customized proposals, presentations, and pitches that effectively communicate our value proposition and differentiate us from competitors. Lead negotiations, and contract discussions, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion and strategic partnerships. Provide regular updates, forecasts, and reports on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market insights to senior management. Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance personal and professional development. Represent Rankraze at conferences, trade shows, and other promotional events to promote brand awareness and generate leads. Maintain and update reports in CRM Achieve monthly targets Requirements: 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales.
