Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, identify, and qualify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand the needs, challenges, and objectives of prospective clients and tailor solutions to address their specific requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers, by demonstrating expertise, credibility, and trustworthiness.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and delivery teams to develop customized proposals, presentations, and pitches that effectively communicate our value proposition and differentiate us from competitors.
  • Lead negotiations, and contract discussions, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion and strategic partnerships.
  • Provide regular updates, forecasts, and reports on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market insights to senior management.
  • Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance personal and professional development.
  • Represent Rankraze at conferences, trade shows, and other promotional events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Maintain and update reports in CRM
  • Achieve monthly targets

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Target-driven with a proactive approach to follow-ups
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, Social Media, and Branding is an added advantage
