Job Description – Business Development Executive (MBA)
Role: Business Development Executive (Full-Time)
Reporting to: Partner/Principal – CR LLP
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads in startups, SMEs, NGOs, and corporate sectors- Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and retainer agreements- Manage CRM tools and maintain lead funnel status- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, scope, and onboarding- Track tenders on GeM, eProcure, and government portals- Set up client calls, demos, and walkthroughs with partners- Build partnerships with incubators, co-working spaces, consultants
Qualifications:
- MBA (Marketing/Finance preferred)- 2–5 years experience in professional services/consulting BD- Proficient in MS Excel, CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace- Excellent communication, follow-up, and analytical skills
Salary Range: ₹25,000–₹60,000/month
Location: Delhi/Remote/Hybrid
