Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sourcing Lead to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in niche and technical recruitment , Boolean and X-Ray search techniques , and LinkedIn sourcing . This role requires proven experience in leading sourcing teams of 5 to 20+ recruiters , managing bulk/mass hiring drives , and delivering high-quality talent pipelines in a fast-paced environment. Role & responsibilities : Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5 to 20+ sourcers/recruiters ,ensuring performance, productivity, and alignment with hiring goals. Track and report sourcing metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement and efficiency. Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles. Stay updated on industry trends, sourcing tools, and best practices. Preferred candidate profile Experience in a global IT services or consulting environment. Certifications in sourcing or recruitment (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter). Exposure to diversity hiring strategies and employer branding initiatives.
