Talent Sourcing Team Lead

Purpose of the Role

The TSL will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring for various bulk hiring positions, Apprentice Hiring, Picker, Loader including full time & Part time employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of job markets, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates.

Principal Responsibilities

• Source and Recruit contractual employees(Un Skilled & Semi Skilled) for DC's(Warehouse) Bulk hiring and store management team to meet the companies hiring targets
• Source and attract qualified candidates for bulk hiring roles through job boards, social media, NGOs, referrals, and networks etc.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule in-person interviews for shortlisted candidates.
• Manage employee life cycle process for store and warehouse employees.
• Enable sourcing and hiring of CSAs, apprentice, contractual employees(Bulk Hiring) and store management team
• Have oversight of the manpower count on productivity metrics
• Manage the full recruitment process, from job posting to candidate placement.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires, including conducting background checks and verifying qualifications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities
• Drive training adoption through digital, virtual instructor led and on the job training programs to ensure capable teams in the stores and warehouse

Knowledge / Education

• 12th grade
• Must have 5-6 years of experience in HR Operation along with regional language expertise managing on-roll and offroll employees
• Should have experience in recruitment, on-boarding, training, performance management etc
• Knowledge about the regional labour market and local labour laws
