What You’ll Do

Partner with business leaders to build and execute hiring strategies that fuel Adobe’s growth.
Own and manage
15+ active requisitions
at different stages of the hiring cycle.
Source, screen, and present
diverse, high-caliber talent pools
for technical and strategic roles.
Influence and guide hiring managers with proven recruiting practices that lead to strong outcomes.
Provide
data-driven insights and reporting
to leaders to support smart decision-making.
Act as a brand ambassador — showcasing
Adobe’s culture and values
to candidates and ensuring a world-class hiring experience.
Work closely with
HR Business Partners, Compensation, and Finance
to deliver holistic support for the business.
Stay ahead of market trends and share insights on the
competitive talent landscape
.
Continuously learn, grow, and bring fresh ideas to elevate Adobe’s recruiting approach.

10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
in the
enterprise SaaS industry
, with a strong focus on technical profiles.
A creative and resourceful sourcer who knows how to attract top talent in competitive markets.
Proven success managing
large-scale recruiting
in fast-paced environments.
Strong
stakeholder management and influencing skills
— you can advise and build trust with leaders.
