Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a

    trusted advisor

    to business leaders and an

    organization ambassador

    to candidates.
  • Develop and execute

    targeted sourcing and attraction strategies

    based on hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers through the full recruitment cycle:

    sourcing, assessment, offer, and market insights

  • Ensure

    high-quality, evidence-based recruitment practices

    and manage hiring projects end-to-end.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data to enable

    insight-driven decision-making

  • Recommend enhancements to recruitment processes, tools, and practices to strengthen Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized university.
  • 812 years of end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience

    IT product hiring

  • Strong hands-on experience with ATS platforms;

    Workday preferred

  • Passionate about hiring, stakeholder management, and relationship building.
