Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a
trusted advisor
to business leaders and an
organization ambassador
to candidates.
Develop and execute
targeted sourcing and attraction strategies
based on hiring needs.
Partner with hiring managers through the full recruitment cycle:
sourcing, assessment, offer, and market insights
.
Ensure
high-quality, evidence-based recruitment practices
and manage hiring projects end-to-end.
Maintain accurate recruitment data to enable
insight-driven decision-making
.
Recommend enhancements to recruitment processes, tools, and practices to strengthen Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized university.
812 years of end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience
, preferably in
IT product hiring
.
Strong hands-on experience with ATS platforms;
Workday preferred
.
Passionate about hiring, stakeholder management, and relationship building.
Excellent
communication
and
interpersonal skills
