We pride ourselves on building meaningful collaborations between brands and creators.Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Talent Manager to handle beauty & skincare influencers from South India. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Hindi and at least one South Indian language (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam), and have a passion for influencer marketing.Key Responsibilities• Manage and nurture relationships with South-based beauty & skincare influencers.• Act as the bridge between influencers and brands — handling negotiations, campaigns, and deliverables.• Scout and onboard promising new creators from the region.• Coordinate campaigns end-to-end: briefing, deadlines, execution, and reporting.• Travel occasionally for shoots, events, or influencer activations.Requirements• Fluency in Hindi and one South Indian language.• 1–3 years of experience in influencer management, talent coordination, or related roles (exceptional freshers may be considered).• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.• Interest in beauty, skincare, and lifestyle industries.• Ability to take complete ownership of tasks and work independently.What We Offer• Work From Home flexibility.• Unlimited leave policy – we believe in ownership, accountability, and work-life balance.• A fast-growing, collaborative environment with exposure to top brands and creators.• The opportunity to shape careers of emerging beauty & skincare influencers from South India.
