Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Manager located in Bandra. The Talent Manager will be responsible for discovering and recruiting new talent, managing day-to-day communications with clients and artists, and developing strategies to promote talent. Additional tasks include organizing and coordinating photoshoots, workshops, and PR events. The Talent Manager will also work on securing deals and contracts for artists, as well as maintaining social media presence to enhance artist visibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent management, recruitment, and client relations
• Skills in organizing and coordinating events such as photoshoots and workshops
• Strong PR and social media management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Bandra
• Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
