Your role will involve managing influencer profiles, devising growth strategies, and facilitating brand collaborations. You will be tasked with negotiating and executing brand deals to ensure that the goals of both the influencer and the brand are met. Additionally, tracking campaign performance and optimizing influencer strategies will be essential aspects of your daily responsibilities. To excel in this role, you must stay abreast of the latest trends, platforms, and viral content within the influencer space. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in talent management or influencer marketing. A deep understanding of the influencer landscape and social media trends, particularly on Instagram and YouTube, is crucial.
