Requirements:

1.? ?Have 2+ years of experience managing influencers, talent, or artists (agency side preferred).

2.? ?Are naturally great with people creators trust you and enjoy working with you.

3.? ??Strong negotiation and communication skills.

4.? ??Up-to-date with social media trends and platform best practices.

5.? ??Ability to juggle multiple talents and brands simultaneously.

6.? ??A hustler mindset quick on your feet and solution-oriented.
