About the Role Were looking for a T alent Manager who truly understands the influencer space. Someone who knows how to connect with talent, earn their trust, and become their go-to partner for everything from daily planning to big-picture growth. This role is all about helping influencers feel backed, heard, and empowered to do their best work, while ensuring every brand partnership feels genuine and impactful. Roles & Responsibilities 1.? ?Build strong, authentic relationships with influencers and content creators. 2.? ?Be their first point of contact guide them on shoots, briefs, and creative direction. 3.? ??Secure meaningful brand partnerships that feel true to their voice. 4.? ??Coordinate calendars, timelines, and deliverables so talent can focus on creating. 5.? ??Spot new growth avenues from emerging trends to fresh collaborations. 6.? ??Bring new influencers into the Artstree family through your industry network. Requirements: 1.? ?Have 2+ years of experience managing influencers, talent, or artists (agency side preferred). 2.? ?Are naturally great with people creators trust you and enjoy working with you. 3.? ??Strong negotiation and communication skills. 4.? ??Up-to-date with social media trends and platform best practices. 5.? ??Ability to juggle multiple talents and brands simultaneously. 6.? ??A hustler mindset quick on your feet and solution-oriented.
