Role Overview We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Artist Manager to join our growing team. You don’t need a background in artist management we’ll train you. What we need is someone with top-tier communication, Google Sheets/Excel wizardry, and an instinct for making things happen. This is a hybrid role partly remote, with occasional travel to accompany artists or manage on-ground logistics. Key Responsibilities Manage artist calendars, schedules, and daily operations Handle artist travel arrangements (bookings, itineraries, visas if required) Liaise with promoters and event teams to negotiate and finalize bookings Ensure technical riders are shared, understood, and executed properly Secure event closures and follow-ups, both pre- and post-event Identify upselling opportunities for artists both on and off the current roster Occasionally travel with artists for shows or events Maintain and update databases and trackers (Google Sheets, Excel) Work closely with internal teams and external partners for smooth coordination What We’re Looking For Excellent English spoken and written.
