Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated, well-spoken, and dependable individual to take charge of artist coordination and backend operations. You will serve as the backbone of the company- ensuring smooth communication with artists and clients, managing logistics, and playing a key role in business development through deal closures. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with artists and ensure schedules, requirements, and deliverables are managed effectively. Manage backend operations, documentation, travel arrangements, contracts, and payments. Maintain excellent client relationships; sell services and vendors wherever possible. Negotiate with clients and vendors, and close deals with clarity and professionalism. Respond quickly and effectively to last-minute changes or requests (the role is dynamic and 24/7). Provide regular updates to the founders and maintain detailed reports. Who You Are: Fluent in spoken and written English; can draft professional emails and hold persuasive conversations. Presentable, confident, and articulate. Fire in the belly to work, hustle, and grow with the company. Flexible and available at odd hours—this role doesn't follow a 9-to-5 structure.
