Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Talent Manager to handle beauty & skincare influencers from South India. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Hindi and at least one South Indian language (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, or Malayalam), and have a passion for influencer marketing. Key Responsibilities • Manage and nurture relationships with South-based beauty & skincare influencers. • Act as the bridge between influencers and brands — handling negotiations, campaigns, and deliverables. • Scout and onboard promising new creators from the region. • Coordinate campaigns end-to-end: briefing, deadlines, execution, and reporting. • Travel occasionally for shoots, events, or influencer activations. Requirements • Fluency in Hindi and one South Indian language. • 1–3 years of experience in influencer management, talent coordination, or related roles (exceptional freshers may be considered). • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. • Interest in beauty, skincare, and lifestyle industries. • Ability to take complete ownership of tasks and work independently.
