🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Support the design and implementation of succession planning and HiPo (High-Potential) frameworks.

Facilitate competency-based learning programs and leadership development interventions.

Drive employee engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Collaborate on performance management, 360-degree feedback, and culture transformation initiatives.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills:

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute.

Minimum 4 years of experience in Talent Management, preferably within Retail, FMCG, or QSR sectors.

Strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and project management capabilities.

Proficiency with HRMS/ATS systems.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with shifting priorities.
