Talent Acquisition & Attraction Specialist

What You'll Do:

• Talent Scout

  : Keep your talent radar always on, whether you're at conferences, on a train, or striking up conversations in coffee shops. You're always networking, always learning, and always discovering top talent. Your mission: build a diverse, impressive talent pool that reflects the world we live in.

• End-to-End Recruitment

  : Lead the full recruitment process from sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates to interviewing and making offers. Your goal: deliver a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

• Innovate & Optimize

  : Constantly experiment with new methods and tools for attracting and engaging talent. Whether it’s experimenting with the latest technology or trying out new sourcing strategies, you're always improving how we recruit.

• Talent Advisor

  : Be the go-to advisor for hiring managers, driving best practices in recruitment, promoting a culture of hiring excellence, and ensuring alignment with business needs. You’ll help guide hiring decisions and provide valuable insights into market trends.

• Talent Mapping

  : Conduct strategic talent mapping across a variety of disciplines and industries. You’re the one who knows who’s out there, what skills they bring, and where to find them. You will be an expert in identifying high-potential talent, even in the most unexpected places.

• Reporting & Tracking

  : Stay on top of recruitment activities and ensure that the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is consistently updated with real-time data. You’ll also create insightful reports that track progress, highlight successes, and identify areas for improvement.

• Build Relationships

  : Your goal is to nurture long-term relationships with candidates – even those who aren’t an immediate fit – so that when the right opportunity arises, you're ready to move fast.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience

  : 2-4 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally with exposure to technical hiring and a track record of hiring across multiple disciplines.

• Passion for Networking

  : You're a natural networker. Whether it’s on social media, at industry events, or even on the go, you’re always building connections and keeping an eye out for the best talent.

• Curiosity & Agility

  : A genuine passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in recruiting, technology, and market dynamics. You’re adaptable, quick to pivot, and enjoy experimenting with new ideas.

• Communication Skills

  : Excellent conversational skills, able to strike up engaging discussions with anyone – from engineers to marketers to sales professionals – and spark curiosity with storytelling approach.

• Tech-Savvy

  : You’re comfortable navigating modern recruitment tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, and social media. Bonus points if you have experience with data-driven recruiting strategies.

• Results-Oriented

  : You thrive on achieving targets and are excited to take on challenging roles, ensuring you deliver results on time, every time.

• Team Player
