Role & responsibilities

  • Strategic Talent Management & Succession Planning
  • Lead the design and execution of integrated talent strategies aligned with business growth priorities.
  • Manage BU-wide talent reviews, assessments, and development journeys.
  • Drive robust succession planning for critical roles and leadership pipelines.
  • Build future skill readiness across levels through targeted interventions.
  • Design and Deploy Team Touch Point, Individual Development Plan, 360 f/b, driving assessment / development center
  • Leadership Development & Fast-Track Programs
  • Design, launch, and manage fast-track leadership development programs for high-potential talent.
  • Create end-to-end leadership journeys using immersive learning methodologies and digital learning tools.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure global benchmarked practices.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive TAS, TGI, Blue Mint and similar talent programs.
  • Feedback & Performance Culture Enablement
  • Institutionalize 360-degree feedback mechanisms, continuous feedback management, and real-time development tools.
  • Use insights from employee feedback to drive performance enablement and managerial effectiveness.
  • Partner with Business HR to embed feedback culture into people and leadership practices.
  • Culture Transformation
  • Drive strategic change initiatives aligned to Tata Motors culture pillars and transformation agenda.
  • Facilitate large-scale behavioral interventions, communication campaigns, and leadership engagement formats.
  • Act as a culture catalyst by anchoring inclusion, agility, and purpose-led leadership across the Business Units.

Learning & Development (Functional Capability Building for Commercial functions)

  • Identify learning needs and develop functional capability roadmaps for Commercial teams at PV and EV businesses.
  • Design structured L&D journeys for Corporate Functions (e.g., Finance, HR, Audit, Legal etc.).
  • Deploy digital and blended learning interventions leveraging LxP, LMS, PowerBI and internal/external partnerships.
  • Drive Higher Education agenda for Management Development

Preferred candidate profile

  • Qualification: MBA / PG in HR (Mandatory)
  • Desired work experience: Minimum 6 years of progressive HR experience
  • Desired Industry and Sectors: Automotive / B2C / manufacturing industry exposure preferred but not mandatory.
