Recruitment Strategy: Implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Sourcing: Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals. Recruitment TAT : Closing of the position as per TAT Relationship Building: Build relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand talent needs. Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR plans to drive business outcomes. Talent Management: Provide guidance on talent management, including succession planning, performance management, and development.
